(2.) THIS is a landlord's petition against an order passed by the appellate authority dated 2.8.1996.

(3.) THE appellate authority has reversed the finding of the prescribed au thority but has not given any reason for doing so and in fact has held that the petitioner landlord concealed that he has additional accommodation.
