JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Kaushlendra Tiwari for the petitioner and Shri D.R. Mishra for respondent No. 3. The petitioner claims herself to be highest in the merit list having 62.10 quality point marks. These marks have been achieved by the petitioner on the ground of adding grace marks to her quality point marks, towards divorcee under Government order dated 1010.2005. Further grievance of the petitioner is that the person at serial No. 2/ Smt. Vaijanti Devi Pathak has been selected for engagement as Shiksha Mitra. The petitioner further claims that he has filed requisite certificates etc. before the last date, as such there was no reason for not giving her selection for engagement as Shiksha Mitra. The matter can appropriately be looked by the concerned Basic Shiksha Adhikari. However, it is further provided that while deciding the claim of the petitioner the concerned Basic Shiksha Adhikari will also look into the claim of respondent No. 4/ Smt. Vaijanti Devi Pathak within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
