JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate. Gone through the FIR, bail rejection order as well as medical examination report of the prosecutrix and her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix has specifically stated that she was subjected to rape by the present applicant. I do not find it a fit case for bail. Accordingly prayer for bail is refused and the application is rejected.
