JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER was appointed as teacher on ad hoc basis by committee of management of Choudhry Baldeo Singh Uchchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Bamnauly, Dhampur, District Bijnor. The appointment was ap proved by D.I.O.S. On 23.11.1982. Thereafter salary was paid to the petitioner till November, 1989. Thereafter manager of committee of management through order dated 4.8.1990 passed an order that services of the petitioner were no more required. That order was passed in view of petitioner's application dated 22.7.1990 asking for salary from December, 1989 on ward. The said order has been challenged through this writ petition.

(2.) THROUGH an interim order passed in this writ petition on 8.8.1990 opera tion of order dated 4.8.1990 was stayed.

(3.) AS absolutely no ground for termination was given in the impugned or der hence the impugned order is set aside.
