JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Yogesh Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.S. Baghel, learned counsel for respondents.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed for the relief in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents to admit the petitioner in D. Phil Course in Sociology w.e.f. 2006.

(3.) IT is stated that the admission form was counter signed by Professor A. Satya Narain as required and temporary mark-sheet of M.A. final year issued by the University on 30.3.2005 was also appended with the said form.
