The appellants have been convicted and sentenced in Sessions Trial No.04 of 2008 as under-- 1.Under Section 308/34 I.P.C.--Two and half years' R.I. with a fine of Rs.500/- each.

(2.) UNDER Section 325/34 I.P.C.--Two and half years' S.I. with a fine of Rs.500/- each.
