JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present case earlier petitioner had filed Civil Misc. Writ Petition 22217 of 2009 before this Court and this Court on 28.4.2009 passed following order, which is being extracted below:

(2.) The only prayer of the counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner dated 3.3.2009 may be directed to be decided by the authority concerned within a time bound frame.

(3.) The Standing counsel has no objection to prayer.
