JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellants Sri Surya Bhan Singh and Sri R. K. Chaudhary for the respondents 6 to 10 and Sri Navneet Agarwal for the respondents 1 to 5.

(2.) This special appeal has been filed with delay of 2 months and 23 days. There is no serious objection in condoning the delay.

(3.) We, therefore, allow the application for condonation of delay. The delay in filing the special appeal is hereby condoned. We proceed to hear the appeal on merits.
