JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri R.J.Trivedi learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.S. Misra learned Standing Counsel for opposite parties no. 1 and 2 and Sri R.N. Gupta learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

(2.) BY means of present writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.7.2009 passed by Deputy Director Consolidation Unnao and the order dted 21.2.2006 passed by Settlement officer Consolidation, Unnao.

(3.) THE said order dated 21.2.2006 was challenged by the petitioner by way of revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Unnao (opposite party no.1) the same was also dismissed by means of order dated 29.7.2009. The said orders dated 21.2.2006 passed by opposite party no.2 and 29.7.2009 passed by opposite party no.1 have been challenged by the petitioner before this court by means of present writ petition.
