JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHRI K.R.Singh, learned standing counsel has supplied copy of documents showing compliance of order of this Court. Copy of the said documents has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant. The documents show that Pension Payment Order has been issued by Director of Pension and the pension papers have been sent by the department concerned to the treasury concerned for making the payment. Let the applicant pursue the matter and receive the payment immediately. It is hoped that absolutely no un-necessary hurdle will be created in actual payment by any official. As the order appears to have been complied with hence contempt petition is dismissed at this stage.
