JUDGEMENT

(2.) This petition seeks the quashing of the order dated 9th January, 1992 passed by the Collector Kanpur Dehat.

(3.) Proceedings under Section 122-B of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') were initiated against the petitioner. It was alleged that the petitioner had encroached some area of gaon sabha land. The Collector, Kanpur Dehat rejected the Revision on 9th January, 1992 filed by the petitioner.
