JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate. Gone through the FIR, bail rejection order, gang chart and other documents annexed hereto. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been roped in under the provisions of U.P. Gangsters Act in Case Crime No. 948 of 2008 by the police of police station Jalalpur, district Ambedkar Nagar just for the reason that he was directed to be released on bail by this Court vide Criminal Misc. Case No. 7072 (B) of 2008 in Case Crime No. 899 of 2008, under Section 3/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, police station Jalalpur, district Ambedkar Nagar. Since the gang chart annexed as Annexure-4 to the bail application certifies argument of the learned counsel for the applicant, I find it a fit case for bail. Let applicant Shamshad, accused of Case Crime No. 948 of 2008, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Jalalpur, district Ambedkar Nagar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
