JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED A.G.A. has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1. At this stage notices in respect of opposite party nos. 2 to 7 are dispensed with. This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction for the lower court to decided the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. moved on 14.11.2008. This provision is not meant for such prayers. However to secure substantial justice this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the application dated 14.11.2009 moved under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is produced before it.
