JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri H.M. Srivastava learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kshitij Shailendra, learned Counsel appearing for the re­spondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for quashing the order passed by the respondent-authorities dated 20.3.2009, Annexure-9 to the writ petition as well as the order dated 16.9.2009, Annexure-11 to the writ petition.

(3.) SRI H.M. Srivastava, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that being a trust property, unless and until there is a permission by the Competent Court, the part of the property of the trust cannot be sold, therefore, suit filed by respondent was not maintainable.
