JUDGEMENT

(1.) CIVIL Misc. Delay Condonation Application no. 271690 of 2009 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant- Insurance Company, inter-alia, praying for condoning the delay in filing the Appeal.

(2.) HAVING regard to the averments made in the aforesaid Application and its accompanying Affidavit, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out for condoning the delay in filing the Appeal.

(3.) REGISTRY is directed to give appropriate number to the Appeal.
