JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER is stated to have made an application for renewal of the Arms Dealer License which was granted in his favour. The application is said to be pending since 31.12.2008. PETITIONER seeks early disposal of the same. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by requiring the authority concerned to take final decision on the application made by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
