JUDGEMENT

(1.) LIST alongwith the record of Writ Petition No. 1807 (SS) of 2009 and other connected writ petitions. Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India has accepted notice on behalf of Union of India, whereas notice on behalf of opposite party No.2 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel. Issue notice to the opposite party No.3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties prays for and are hereby granted six weeks to file counter- affidavit and the petitioners will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. LIST immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period. The benefit of the interim order dated 25.3.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 1807 (SS) of 2009 and other connected writ petition shall also be extended to the petitioners of this writ petition.
