HEARD learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. on the prayer for bail. The appellant has been convicted and sentenced in Sessions Trial No.224 of 2004 as under-- 1.Under Section 304 part II/34 I.P.C. - Five years' R.I. with a fine of Rs.3000/- each.

(2.) UNDER Section 325/34 I.P.C.- Three years' R.I. with a fine of Rs.1000/- each.
