JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned A.6.A. files objection against the bail plea of the appellant Hari Shankar, which is taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. on the prayer for bail of the accused appellants and perused the judgment and order of the trial court as well as trial court record.

(3.) All the three criminal appeals have been filed by the accused appellants, as mentioned above, against the same impugned judgment and order dated 17.09.2009, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Faizabad. Therefore, prayer of bail of the accused appellants in all the criminal appeals are being disposed of by the common order.
