(2.) None appears for appellant in second round after pass-over. With the assistance of learned State Counsel, we have gone through trial court's record. It appears that the defence plea taken by accused Ram Pal, husband of the deceased that the deceased died of bursting of gas cylinder has not been accepted by the Trial Court. The Court has also not found that the accused appellant Ram Pal has been able to discharge the presumption under Section 113-B of Evidence Act. Thus, without expressing any opinion on merits, the prayer for suspension of sentence is rejected.
