JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate. Gone through the FIR, medical examination report of the prosecutrix, bail rejection order as well as supplementary affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the applicant bringing on record statement of prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. As per medical examination report the prosecutrix is minor. The prosecutrix has categorically stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she was subjected to rape by the present applicant. Not a fit case for bail. Accordingly prayer for bail is refused and the application is rejected.
