(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Namwar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 the only contesting respondent. Shri Namwar Singh has agreed for final disposal of writ petition without filing counter affidavit.
(2.) Learned counsel for both the parties have been heard for about one hour.
(3.) These writ petitions are directed against judgment and order dated 28.04.2009 passed by D.D.C./A.D.M. (Law and Order), Varanasi in Revisions No.1253, 1254 & 1255, all of 2007, Amaravati Devi Vs. Shobha Nath land others. Through the impugned order, revisions, which were filed by respondent No.2 Amaravati Devi, have been allowed.
