JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V.K.Singh and Sri D.P.Singh alongwith learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and with their consent, this petition is being finally disposed off. It is pleaded that one Smt. Kiran wife of Hemant was initially selected as Shiksha Mitra and was sent for training and upon a complaint that her testimonials were forged, the District Basic Education Officer found out that the testimonials submitted by her were forged and thus the District Magistrate vide his order dated 20.3.2009 cancelled her selection and in her place selected the petitioner, but till date the petitioner has not been sent for training and Smt. Kiran is continuing despite the order dated 25.3.2009. If that be so, the petitioner may approach the District Magistrate, Kashiram Nagar alongwith a representation, a self attested copy of this writ petition and a certified copy of this order, who will consider the grievances of the petitioner and take action forthwith by a reasoned order after hearing the parties including the aforesaid Smt. Kiran wife of Hemant. It is clarified that the Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
