JUDGEMENT

(1.) DEV Kant Trivedi, J. Heard the learned counsel for the accused-applicants Jai Karan Singh and Shubhkaran Singh and the learned A. G. A. on this application for bail moved in case crime No. 15/98 registered at P. S. Phool-Behad Distt. Kheri under S. 2/3, U. P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act.

(2.) ONLY two cases are shown against the accused-applicants who are real brothers, one under Section 307,1. P. C. and other under Section 302,1. PC. Report was lodged by Jai Pal Singh who himself is being proceeded against under U. P. Con trol of Goondas Act, 1970. As many as eleven cases are mentioned against com plainant Jaipal in Annexure No. 3, the notice under S. 3 of U. P. Goonda Act.
