JUDGEMENT

(1.) AFTER some submis sion Sri D. S. Tiwari, learned counsel ap pearing on behalf of the petitioner pressed only one submission, namely, the petition ers are prepared to surrender within two weeks before the Special Judge. Incharge Goonda Act Cases and that in this view of the matter we should issue direction to the Special Judge concerned to dispose of their prayer for grant of bail expeditiously.

(2.) THIS writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with this direction that if the petitioners surrender within two weeks from today and make a prayer for expedi tious consideration of their prayer for grant of bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
