JUDGEMENT

(1.) J. C. Gupta, J. Heard applicants' Counsel and the learned AGA,

(2.) BY means of this application, the applicants have challenged the order dated 27-1-1998 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate 1st, Kanpur City, committing the applicants to the Court of Sessions to face their trial before that Court.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the applicant then submitted that since the applicants were on bail and have not misused the same, a direction may be issued to the Courts below to accept fresh bail bonds from the accused persons instead of com pelling them to secure fresh bail order.
