JUDGEMENT

(1.) THROUGH this writ petition a prayer has been made to restrain the respondents from arresting the peti tioner in C. B. I. Case Crime No. R. C. (4) (5) 97 Sc. IV New Delhi. Earlier the Court had restrained the respondents from arrest ing the petitioner on humanistic ground, namely, that his daughter was going to be married.

(2.) SRI G. S. Chaturvedi, learned coun sel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, very fairly slates that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is over and that the petitioner is prepared to co-operate with the investigation and the C. B. I, may act accordingly.
