JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have come up with prayers to quash the first information report dated 14-10-1997 regis tered as Crime Case No. 188/87 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 408, 384 and 511. IPC and to restraint the respondents from arresting the petitioners in relation to the aforementioned Crime Case in ques tion.

(2.) AFTER having realised that the ques tions urged in support of this petition are questions which are required to looked first by the police authorities themselves, Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the petition ers, prays to withdraw this application so that he could move once again the police authorities themselves. With this liberty this writ petition is dismissed.
