JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Vinod Kumar Agarwal, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sudhir Mehotra, learned AG. A. on the question of admis sion of this writ petition. Perused the writ petition, counter and rejoinder.

(2.) THE main thrust of the submission of Sri Agarwal is that no offence has been made out against the petitioner since each and every item in question has been properly explained by the petitioner. We also put on record the submission of Mr. Agarwal that till today no charge-sheet has been submitted by the police.

(3.) THIS Court cannot record a firm finding on these materials in favour of the petitioner.
