JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision.was taken up for admission after the revision of the list.

(2.) Since no body appeared for the revisionist, I myself went through the record of the court below, which has been received here, and I was also assisted by the learned counsel for the State.

(3.) Umesh Chandra son of Jagdish Narain Dubey was convicted by Mr. V.K. Maheshwari, Munsif Magistrate VI Farrukhabad vide his order dated 19-6-84 in case No. 944 of 83 under Sec. 7/16 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act and was sentenced to six months' rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 1000.00.
