(1.) B. N. Misra, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate. Perused papers. This is second bail application by the applicants, the first one having been rejected by order dated 25-8- 1986. In support of the present application it is stated by learned counsel for the applicants that though the occurrence took place on 22-7-1985 and the applicants were arrested soon thereafter, neither the charges have been framed against the accused person nor has the trial commenced. On consideration the present bail application is allowed subject to the following conditions :
(2.) THE applicant Gopal Singh alias Ram Gopal Singh and Ram Veer Singh both sons of Sri Murli Singh are released on bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 1985 under Sections 147/148/149/302/307 and 120-B I. P. C. P. S. Mangal-pur District Kanpur Dehat subject to their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs, 5000 each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Kanpur Dehat and further subject to the condi tions that the applicants shall not indulge in unlawful activities and shall attend the court of Sessions on each date to which the case shall be posted during the trial. Bail granted. .
