JUDGEMENT

(1.) R. P. Shukla, J. This is an application under Section 482, Cr. P. C. pray ing to quash the First Information Report dated 13-2-1988 against the applicant and some others.

(2.) I have heard the learned counsel and perused the aforesaid first Infor mation Report. No case for interference under Section 482, Cr. P. C. is made out. Thj application is, therefore, dismissed. However, the court is directed to consider the application for bail on behalf of the application the same day when he appears or brought before the Court. Application rejected. .
