JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Abhishek Misra for the petitioner and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that the resolution of the Committee of Management on the basis of which the impugned order of termination has been passed by the Managing Director has not been challenged by the petitioner although it has been annexed along with short counter affidavit.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he was unaware of any such resolution and prays for leave to amend the writ petition and to challenge the resolution Committee of Management also during the course of day. The leave as prayed for is granted.
