JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. Piyush Agarwal, learned counsel assited by Miss Rupal Agarwal, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri. A.C. Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

(2.) The instant revision petition has been filed against the order of the Tribunal dated 19.11.2005, by which the Tribunal has affirmed the order passed by the authorities below and has upheld the imposition of entry tax upon the revisionists.

(3.) The present revision petition relates for the assessment year 2001-02 arises out of assessment proceedings for imposition of entry tax.
