JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners are before this Court assailing the validity of order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the Additional District Judge, Anoopshahr, Bulandshahr rejecting the application (Paper no.15C2) filed by the petitioners under Order 41, Rule 27(aa) read with Sec. 151 C.P.C. passed in Civil Appeal no.92 of 2016 (Gopi Chandra (since deceased) and others Vs. Shiv Charan Girl and others).

(2.) As per the report of Stamp Reporter, the present writ petition is being preferred with the delay of 23 days.

(3.) Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon the averments mentioned in paragraphs 17, 18 and 19 of the writ petition.
