JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to the order dated 22.02.2018, the I.O. of the Police Station concerned is present, in person, before the Court and has filed an affidavit in compliance of the order along with copy of the statement of the victim recorded during the course of the trial.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned Standing A.G.A. for the State; and perused the record.

(3.) This is a second bail application of the applicant in Case Crime No.243 of 2014, under Sections 363, 364, 342, 376-D, 120-B IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur with a prayer to enlarge him on bail.
