JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The instant writ petition is directed against the order dated 22.10.2018, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation.

(3.) The petition arises out of an objection under Sec. 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act. The objection was filed by the petitioners' claiming on the basis of an alleged allotment in their favour, which allotment was made on 25.01.1965.
