JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri A.P. Mathur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishna Agarawal, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) The petitioner by means of this writ petition has made prayer for quashing of the attachment order dated 10.10.2018, which has been filed as annexure 3 to the writ petition.

(3.) The movable properties of the petitioner have been attached on 10.10.2018 by respondent no. 3 on the basis of the warrant/ notice Form No. I dated 10.2018, which was a notice of demand to the petitioner for the payment of excise dues and Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST).
