JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners were allotted an area measuring 8x15 feet on a temporary basis by order dated 17 November 2012 for a period of one year to conduct business in the Mandi Samiti subject to certain terms and conditions.

(2.) The petitioners had earlier filed Writ Petition No.4496 of 2018 with the following prayers:-

(3.) The said petition was dismissed on 2 February 2018 as learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the petition for some time made a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition. The order is quoted below:-
