JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri MH Qadeer, learned counsel for the defendant-tenant/revisionist and Sri Lalit Kumar, learned counsel for plaintiff-respondent.

(2.) This revision has been filed beyond limitation by 56 days' along with delay condonation application and affidavit.

(3.) Learned counsel for the defendant-tenant/revisionist submits that due to wrong legal advice that the limitation for filing the revision is 90 days' the delay has been caused and, therefore, it deserves to be condoned.
