JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Anoop Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Jain assisted by Sri Sri Prateek Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 9.8.2017 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 13, Aligarh in SCC Revision No. 68 of 2016 (Virendra Kumar Agrawal vs. Vinod Kumar Jain and others) as well as order dated 14.8.2012 passed by the Judge, Small Causes Court, Aligarh in SCC Case No. 18 of 201

(3.) By the impugned judgment and order dated 14.8.2012 learned Trial Court allowed the SCC suit filed by the plaintiff-landlord against the defendant-tenant for rent and eviction. The revision filed by the tenant-petitioner was dismissed by the impugned judgment dated 9.8.2017.
