JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition has been filed under Art. 227 of the Constitution seeking intervention of this Court in expeditious disposal of suit no. 14677 of 2014 pending at the instance of the applicant.

(2.) It appears from the record that a petition with similar reliefs has been filed by the applicant before this Court being Petition under Art. 227 No.41 of 2017 which was disposed of on 5.11.2017 by the following order:-

(3.) The applicant has once again approached this Court claiming a direction to the trial court to decide the? suit on day to day basis, without granting any adjournment.
