JUDGEMENT

(1.) Jafar Ahmad Khan, the petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing order dated 24.2.2012, placed on record as Annexure No.1 and order dated 27.4.2012 filed as Annexure No.2 with the writ petition.

(2.) Before proceeding further, the sequence of events that led to passing of the impugned orders is required to be considered.

(3.) It appears that respondent No.7 was appointed on Class-IV post vide letter dated 28.12.198 Respondent No.7 joined on the said post w.e.f. 2.1.1984. District Basic Education Officer, Faizabad vide letter dated 17.2.1984 gave approval to the appointment of respondent No.7 w.e.f. 2.1.1984. Vide letter dated 25.2.1985, it was directed that salary be released to respondent No.7 w.e.f. 1.7.1984.
