JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the appellants in both the appeals, Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned Counsel representing Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and Sri Shashank Bhasin, learned Brief Holder for the State-respondents and Sri Anil Tiwari, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Shishir Chandra, learned Counsel representing respondent No.4 in both the appeals.

(2.) In both the appeals, the order under challenge is the same passed by the learned Single Judge which is purely an interlocutory order.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the appellants have sought to submit that there are number of preliminary objections to be raised relating to maintainability of the writ petition, the locus of the petitioner to file a petition and certain other preliminary objections, which, if considered, would result in dismissal of the writ petition.
