JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Mustakeem Ahmad and Sri B.B. Paul, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Anil Sharma learned counsel for the respondent and Sri T.A. Khan, learned counsel appearing for applicants in impleadment application no. 293951 of 2011.

(2.) Sri B.B. Paul, learned counsel for the applicant states that he wishes to withdraw these applications to enable him to file appropriate applications.
