JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri A.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Prashant Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party.

(2.) The instant revision is directed against the order dated 8.5.2017 whereby an application for amendment of the plaint have been allowed.

(3.) The suit where-from the revision arises is one for specific performance of an agreement to a sell.
