JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(2.) The allegation against the applicant is that he represented himself as the officer of the Prime Minister's Office and tried to obtain some confidential and sensitive information from Regional Manager from Prathma Bank. The argument is that the applicant is practising as Chartered Accountant, aged about 62 years and suffers from heart ailment. The applicant has no criminal history and he is in jail since 23.03.2018.

(3.) Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the aforesaid fact as argued by learned counsel for the applicant.
