JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Amit Daga along with Shri Alok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant-complainant, who has filed this recall application (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant-complainant") and Shri V.M. Zaidi, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, Bijendra Singh, who has filed the bail application (hereinafter referred as the "accused-applicant),

(2.) The order dated 11.1.2018 has been sought to be recalled by the learned counsel for the complainant-applicant on two grounds; firstly that the name of the learned counsel for the complainant was not printed in the cause list and secondly, that the accused-applicant, Bijednra Singh was a previous convict.

(3.) Shri Amit Daga, learned counsel for the applicant-complainant has argued that when this case was listed for the first time on 11.10.2017, another Bench of this Court passed the following order:
