JUDGEMENT

(1.) - List revised.

(2.) There is illness slip of Sri R.Jaiswal, learned counsel for the revisionist. In the cause list, the name of one more counsel Sri Ramendra Asthana, has been mentioned as counsel for the revisionist.

(3.) Perusal of record shows that the present revision against the impugned order dated 15.11.1984 was admitted on 13.12.1984 and further proceedings of S.T. No.351 of 1972 were stayed. Since then none of the two counsel of the revisionist appeared before the Court for arguing the matter and whenever the case was listed either of them preferred to send illness slip or appeared before the Court with a prayer to pass over the case and so the revision has grown over 33 years old in the sessions trial.
