JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri K.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite party No.1.

(2.) This Court, vide its order dated 16.03.2018 had directed the Station House Officer concerned to intimate the opposite party No.2 about the pendency of this petition and further that this matter will be listed on 203.2018. The Court further provided that on such intimation, the opposite party No.2 shall be at liberty to participate in these proceedings.

(3.) Learned Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of instructions received from the Sub Inspector, Police Station Katra Bazar, District Gonda, vide his letter dated 21.02018, has stated that the opposite party No.2 has been apprised of the order dated 16.02018. However, none has appeared on his behalf.
